What's new
The splash pad at Village Green is still closed for maintenance. City homepage, no reopen date.
Downtown parking: City Council approved a deal that will add about 50 public spaces at 59 East Olentangy, with the adjacent structure at 55 East Olentangy coming down for more private parking. City news, Sept. 4. Scioto Street Extension is still expected to add about 130 more public spaces when finished. Open date for the new public lot is not posted.
Council extended the temporary marijuana moratorium through Dec. 31, 2027, at the Sept. 1 meeting. City news, Sept. 2. That is not a final yes or no on dispensaries.
Liberty Branch Family Storytime is Saturday, Sept. 12, 10:30–11:00 a.m., 7468 Steitz, ages birth–6.
CRC’s Powell Thursday run is still posted: 6:15 p.m., starting from Ill Mannered, 38 Grace Dr. Nocterra Bingo, Trivia, and Run Club stay off the schedule while the taproom is closed.
